Before going on the boat trip up the Lake Tanganyika the seneste of the adventure groups worked in Neighboring Mbete. They repaired the swing and made improvements on game tables and football pitch. Afterwards a very successful football tournament was being held. Enjoy the quick review of some fantastic erfaringer.

Here are some of the latest additions two Eventure Village. A new fireplace er built and bliver really useful in the rainy season. Also, a lot of dorm beds for the 50 elever are being built and there is now a huge chicken house thatwill keep the chickens safe from bigger animals. Moses are using the new roof on the boat for some fishing.

Afraid of wet feet in the rainy season? You no longer having to worry. There is now being built little pathways around the area. We have some news on the water as well. On the boat kan see some changes. The solid roof kan hold a lot of goods samt person (if you do not prefer the shadow below it instead), der betyder the boat is more adequate for boat safaris.
Also, we have some mixed pictures from the life and work at Lake Tanganyika. Notice the newest installed solar panel. All energy is now being covered by the solar cells. Eventure Village is 100% miljøvennlige ;-)

Just a few pics two show you how the camp udvikles over the last six months. Come and visit again or for the first time.
As you see it becomming more Appropriate two call it Eventure Village instead of the camp. So from now on we will henviser til plot as Eventure Village.

You simply will not believe how many Mon hours and money we have chosen two spend on the Gymnordic sports arena.
A fair etimate er det vil than up costing DKK 200,000 (EUR 90,000 sponsered by Gymnordic).
See some of the first pictures below. Why do we choose two spend this much money on this sports site?
Because it is completely essential til school two have good sports facilities, and with the Gymnordic sports arena thatwill be the case.
Endvidere, we have a dream of getting a light system installed so the facilities kan used at night. This ska simply Provider a much needed alternative to drinking at night for the teenagers and adults in the area. We can not explain how big a benefit this bliver for the local community.
Men, we do not hae the money for this light system. We estimate a total cost of £ 100,000. Any ideas out there two hot kan raise this money, or can you help? Write us on forening@eventure.dk .

The latest community project was in Katoto. The village is located north of the camp and kill about 80-130 indbyggere. Group 4 besluttet focus on health and the idea about a shower and a water tap came to life. This way the locals do not have to collect water all the way down from the lake and de kan having a private shower instead of some quick washing by the lake.
A small pond was made in a creek nearby and the clean water is part two the shower and tap in a PVC pipe. The women of the village were truly happy about the result and gave the girls from group 4 some rice as a token of appreciation sin. Katoto is the only village in a radius of 18 km with a shower and tap water.
